| Volleyball Mixed League |
|

|
|
| Starting on Wednesday 5th October there will be a mixed 6-a-side volleyball league being held at Hazlehead Academy from 7.30-9.30pm. This will continue on the first Wednesday of every month. |

The dates are as follows:
- Wednesday 5th October
- Wednesday 2nd November
- Wednesday 7th December
If the mixed league proves popular then there will be additional dates added on for January, February and March. |

Tournament Rules
- Any club, or works team may enter a team of 6 or more.
- Rotational or normal substitutions may be made. (not in the last minute of play).
- Minimum no. of men on court at anyone time - 1.
- Maximum no. of men on court at anyone time - 3.
- No more than 1 national league player per team.
- Games shall be timed 15-20 mins, depending on the number of teams entered on the night. (or first to 25).
- Any teams not playing will be asked to help out with the officiating.
- A team representative will have to be at Hazlehead Academy for 7.15pm to register the team on the night.
- A cost of £1 per head paid on the night will be required to help cover the costs of the hall let.
- The height of the net will be between ladies/mens height.
The object of the mixed league is purely social. There will be no prizes on the night or at the end of the leagues. It is to allow people who enjoy playing volleyball to meet up once a month, play games and go to the pub after for a few soft drinks. |
