Volleyball UKCC Level 1 Course

The Scottish Volleyball Association is delighted to present a Level I UKCC Volleyball Coaching Award in Aberdeen.
Course Dates: Saturday 6th Sunday 7th and Sunday 14th February 2010

Course venue: Banchory Academy, Schoolhill, Banchory, AB31 5TQ

Course content: The UKCC Volleyball Award examines the skills of both ‘How 2 ‘coach, and ‘What 2’ coach when introducing and developing the game of volleyball.

The format of the course includes an examination of movement fundamentals, how to develop body posture which leads to ball control, and developing game play. It will also examine the role of the Coach in preparing and delivering practical sessions.
The course structure is two days of practical sessions and delivery by the course Tutor, and a third day of review, extension and assessment.
Course fees. The cost of the UKCC Course is £116 – grants for between 50% to 75% of this amount are available on request.
